- →Integrate with contact-center stacks (Retell, Synthflow, Twilio) and route structured data back into CRM and ticketing tools.
- →Partner with client operators to map nuanced call journeys and identify places AI can safely take over repetitive work.
- →Instrument every rollout with quality, productivity, and compliance metrics to prove value quickly.
